  • 309 North Green Street - For Rent. 1900 square feet. Adjacent to retail bicycle store, craft brewery, cocktail bar, and downtown hotel.
  • 117 East Union Street - For Rent. Up to 12,500 square feet. Adjacent to bottleshop, cocktail bar, olive oil & wine store, candy store, and retail store. Across the street from 7-screen multiplex theater. Rent contingent on space needed.
  • 200 West Union Street - For Rent. Up to 14,000 square feet. Located within the retail core of downtown Morganton and near retail stores, other restaurants, wedding/event venue. Rent contingent on space and work needed by property owner.
  • 101 Lenoir Street - For Rent. Located in the Morganton Trading Company Complex, the building has been most recently used as a hair salon. Property owners are interested in a breakfast/diner to occupy the space. Morganton Trading Company is the location of Morganton City Hall, many commercial business offices, 43 apartments, and a pizza restaurant.
