- 117 East Union Street - For Rent. Up to 12,500 square feet. Adjacent to bottleshop, cocktail bar, olive oil & wine store, candy store, and retail store. Across the street from 7-screen multiplex theater. Rent contingent on space needed.
- 200 West Union Street - For Rent. Up to 14,000 square feet. Located within the retail core of downtown Morganton and near retail stores, other restaurants, wedding/event venue. Rent contingent on space and work needed by property owner.
