The Morganton Downtown Development Association and WPCC Small Business Center is holding a FREE business seminar at CoMMA on Tuesday, June 6 at 11am. We invite all business owners in downtown and beyond to this FREE workshop on “Customer Service”.

When customers shop at your business, return a product, or have a problem with your product or service, the quality of service and atmosphere influence your customer’s attitude and likelihood of future business. Often this takes place when the customer is displeased with your product or service, and wants to deal with the business owner. Providing the highest quality of service can require telling the customer something they do not want to hear.
