Hamilton Williams Gallery: Glasswork by featured artist Ben Elliott and a sneak peak of paintings from Phil Watford’s upcoming show, Big Fish.” Light Refreshments. 403 E. Union St.

Art in the Hall: Morganton City Hall, Nancy Hilliard Joyce and Nelson Brookshire, featured artists. Refreshments from the Community House will be served. City Hall, 305 E. Union St. Suite A100.

Sketch Art Space: Featuring children’s artwork from our first two summer art camps in the gallery, as well as hosting Adventure Bound Books for our third Book Art Club, a drop off art & literacy program for children from 6-7. 114 N. Sterling St.

OSuzannah’s: Join us for a fun evening and learn about the ancient process of dyeing with indigo, a natural dye which has been used for at least 6,000 years to color textiles beautiful shades of blue. We will be demonstrating this fascinating process and share a bit of the history and magic that is indigo. Light refreshments. 130 W. Union St.
